As of March 2008, this web site has implemented some significant enhancements. This page will explain some of these changes in the sections below.
The foundation of the new features is a completely new underlying design and look for the web site. Eventually the entire web site will use this new design. But it will take us a while to migrate completely to the new design. In the mean time, you can click here to see the new face of the web site. The new design includes quite a few blocks in the left column. These blocks include the nagivation menus, recent articles, subscribe to our newsletter, and a login area.
For a long time now, many of my customers have been requesting that I provide a way to support an affiliate ID. The web site now support this feature. An affiliate ID is a way to send people to the site using the affiliate ID and give credit to the person who sent them if the new person does any business. For this site, your customer ID is your affiliate ID. The URL using your affiliate ID like this:

A new back office has been implemented for customers. You can reach the back office by clicking here. When you follow the link, you can log in and find some new functionality.
If you do not know your customer number, you can find it in the back office. Click here to go to a new page that allows you to find your customer number. This page will also tell your username and the email address we currently have for you.
In order to login to the new back office you will need to know two pieces of information, your username and your password. Both of these pieces of information were generated for you when the new back office was created. You can discover your username by following the instructions in the Find Your Customer Number section above. If you find your username, the screen will also show the current email address we have for you. If you do not know what your password is, try logging in using zip code. If the email address has multiple addresses, curley or square brackets around it, then it is not an email address that will work. If using your zip code for your password does not work and you have a valid email address, then you can get the system to assign you a new password by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password" link found in the left column. When you click on this link the system will assign you a new password and email it to you. If using your zip code for your password does not work and you do not have a valid email address, then click on the "Contact Us" link in the left column and give us your correct email address and ask us to reset your password for you.
For some time now we have had a way for your to find your referrals. The problem with the old method was that it was not in real time. Some times it would take a long time for you to see your latest referrals. The improved method now shows referrals in real time. To access the new list referrals display, login to the new back office. The click on the "Downline" link on the left side of the screen.
One of the new features in the left column is an index to recent articles. In the future, we will place news items in this area rather than using the old "Status Update" page. We think this will be easier access for our visitors and customers.
