Pay Free Electricity Registration Fee

This page allows you to pay your $9 processing fee for free electricity using your PayPal account. To pay the fee, click on the button below. You do not have to have PayPal account to use this method. You can set up a PayPal account for free. Then you can send money over the internet to anyone with an email account.

When you fill out the payment form, please put "$9 processing fee payment" in the Subject field. If you are paying for someone else, please enter the name, and installation and/or mail address for the person your are paying for in the note field so that we can give you proper credit and send the certificate to the correct person.
