This page allows those who signed up under the old "$5 processing fee option" (which expired on 3/12/02) to pay your $5 processing fee for free electricity using your PayPal account. To pay the fee, click on the button below. You should not use this page to pay the new $9 fee (which went into effect on 3/13/02). You do not have to have PayPal account to use this method. You can set up a PayPal account for free. Then you can send money over the internet to anyone with an email account.
When you fill out the payment form, please put "$5 processing fee payment" in the Subject field. Please enter the name, and installation address for the person being registered in the note field so that we can credit the proper record.
