Pay $5 Processing Fee via CC

This page allows those who signed up under the old "$5 processing fee option" (which expired on 3/12/02) to pay your $5 processing fee for free electricity using your credit card. To pay the fee, click on the button below. You should not use this page to pay the new $9 fee (which went into effect on 3/13/02). 

You may use this form to pay for yourself or for someone else. If you are paying for someone else, be sure to indicate who you are paying for in the last field so we can mark them as paid. After you fill out the payment form below, then click the button and a page will be displayed allowing you to enter your credit card information on a secured server.
