Radiation Reduction Chamber

We have been told by many scientists that it is impossible to transmutate the nucleus of an atom. This is an odd position for scientists to hold since it is obvious that a similar process occurs when an atom is split in nuclear fission. We have proven that it is possible with a process we have for neutralizing radioactive waste. To demonstrate it, we have developed a chamber in which we show a radioactive material can be changed into an inter material that is not radioactive.
